During my career spanning two decades, I have seen the inner workings of enterprise technology through strategy, services delivery, program and P&L management and client relationship management lenses during various engagements with Fortune 500 clients. My clients have spanned financial services, retail, energy and professional services and public sector among others. I have also been involved in new business development involving high value deals in North America. I have an up close and personal view of evolving and enduring trends in outsourcing.
